1. Reminder for Hotel Check-in
Please provide the receptionist with your name or the confirmation code of the hotel at the time of checkin. For the safety of you and others, and in accordance with Public Security Management of Hotel Industry stipulated by Public Security Bureau, guests must show valid IDs such as passports before checkin.
2. How to Get the Room You Reserved at the Hotel?
You can either contact the hotel directly in advance to confirm your reservation or tell the receptionist your name as it appears on the confirmation sheet upon arrival at the hotel, and inform them that you made a reservation on JLBestmeetiing. The room will be provided to you as soon as your information is verified by the hotel. (Please contact +86-755-82880055/82880089 if there is any inconsistency.)
3. Why Do I Need to Pay a Deposit at the Hotel?
The payment made on our platform only includes room rate. Upon checkin, the hotel will usually collect a deposit in case of any damage to facilities in the room, loss of keys, etc. If there is no such circumstances, all deposit will be refunded upon checkout.
4. How to Extend My Stay at the Hotel?
If you need an extension, please login your account on our platform , go to 'My Orders' and click order number for editing or payment. If it is inconvenient for you to change the order online, please call our staff at ++86-755-82880055/+86-755-82880089 for assistance.
5. How Long Is the Room Reserved for Me?
All successfully paid rooms are guaranteed with reservation, so you can keep the room until checkout time, i.e. 12:00 the next day.
6. Check-in and Check-out Times
Usually, the earliest check-in time is 12:00 and the latest check-out time is 12:00 the next day. But for certain hotels, the earliest check-in time is 14:00.
